Jeanne Monk, Managing Director

Bio

Jeanne Monk brings over seven years of experience in staffing and recruiting, partnering with small to mid sized companies across the Southeast to identify and secure top talent. She has successfully placed more than 200 candidates in recent years, consistently delivering results that align with both client goals and candidate strengths.

With a relationship first approach, Jeanne serves as a true extension of her clients’ hiring teams. She is deeply committed to understanding each organization’s culture, priorities, and long term objectives, allowing her to match candidates not only on skillset but on overall fit and potential for success.

A Birmingham native, Jeanne is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, where she remains actively involved through her service on the Alumni Council. Outside of her professional work, she is engaged in her community, serving on the McWane Science Center board and supporting her church and various nonprofit organizations.

In her free time, Jeanne enjoys playing tennis, traveling and spending time with her husband, Richard, and their three children.

Katherine brings a well-rounded background in financial services with a strong commitment to building meaningful client and professional relationships. She began her career as a Trust Officer at Sterne, Agee & Leach, where she developed a solid foundation in fiduciary services and personalized client care. During this time, she further strengthened her expertise by completing continuing education personal trust courses through Cannon Financial Institute. She later owned and operated a Mosquito Authority franchise, overseeing all aspects of financial management, administration, team leadership, and day-to-day operations. Most recently, Katherine served as Director of Accounting at Boulo Solutions for five years, supporting the organization’s financial functions while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Katherine graduated from the University of the South with a degree in U.S. History. As a former military spouse, she values adaptability, community, and strong relationships. She enjoys traveling, playing golf, maintaining an active lifestyle, and spending time with family and friends.

Fletcher has 30 years of experience in management in Public and Privately held companies, including 15 years in the Financial Service industry. After a 15-year career in banking and wealth management, Fletcher spent 10-years in the private sector helping manage a privately held staffing company.

Fletcher graduated from Hampden-Sydney College, where he remains active in the alumni network. He was born and raised in Birmingham. Fletcher has served on several not-for-profit boards, and is active in the community. He is easy to find playing golf, at an Alabama Basketball game or enjoying empty nest living with his wife.

Kate has close to two decades of experience in the business world. Prior to Redmont, she began her career at Hewitt Associates, LLC in Atlanta, GA. She moved to Nashville, TN where she functioned as a Benefits Consultant at Risk Innovations, LLC, and as Account Manager at Johnson Sterling Paul Benefits, Inc. in Birmingham, AL. In her role as Chief of Staff at Redmont, she brings her organizational skills, business experience, and strong value in relationships.

Kate graduated Magna Cum Laude from Auburn University with a degree in International Business. She and her husband, Alan, have called Birmingham home for the last 20 years. They have a full life with three active boys and are very involved at their church home - Mountain Brook Community Church and in their community of Vestavia Hills. She loves being a wife, mom, going on long walks and spending time with family and friends.
